Their responses covered a wide range of challenges, including developing simplicity in marketing, balancing short and long-term goals, gaining enterprise-wide investment in the brand, navigating multiple channels and stakeholders, driving relevance, differentiation and pipeline growth, and forming emotional connections with customers. The diversity of responses indicates there is no single biggest challenge but many opportunities to strengthen B2B brands.
