country have developed apprenticeship programs within the trades to
educate veterans and help them establish their careers.
According to the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor
Statistics, a total of 495,000 veterans were unemployed in 2015.
Of the Gulf War-era II veterans, individuals that served from September
