As customers, we all had our own love-hate moments with customer service. They’re the ones whom we bombard with questions and complaints, sometimes expletives even, when we’re unsatisfied with a product or a service. And when things are doing great and we’re happy with the product we purchased, we hardly acknowledge the guy behind the customer support desk.
