“The information showing dissatisfaction with ‘wet agile
governance’ will play directly into a mini-project I’m doing with
some colleagues about what needs to change to embrace the
culture of Agile, rather than just the process.
I wasn’t expecting to get that really; I expected more focus on
geographical distance, but I’m not in any way disappointed.”

11. Collaboration and co-creation is:
• All about behaviours and relationships
• Messy and open-ended
• Needs good facilitation
• Very hard to measure quantitatively
• Takes practice and experimentation
• Essentially highly inclusive
• A huge amount of fun
And technology, used carefully, can enable all of these things
