Market commentary
Today was a choppy trading session for the market, Nifty moved sharply in both
the directions, first opened a little gap down then post one hour, it gained sharply
and travelled north. But post lunch the index declined sharply and broke the day
low, finally settled in the negative territory with half percent down. Century
textile and Muthoot finance sheds more than 4 percent.
Tomorrow trading session depends on U.S.
Federal bank rate cut decisions. Technically we expect a gap down or down trend
in the index. If Nifty spot sustains below 10170 then it may again go for sharp
downfall towards 10100 and 10000. Nifty bank if sustains below 25000 may
decline up to 24800-24600 in tomorrow’s trading session. Monte carlo and TNPL
are technically strong and may gain even if index falls.

Technical Analysis
Godrej Industries trading in a channel line pattern on hourly chart. The pattern
exists since 15 November 2017 and not it is consolidating near lower trend line of
the pattern. Earlier Godrej Industries December futures breaks 607 level on 11
December but could not able to sustain above this psychological level of 600 and
fell down in the past two trading sessions. Currently it is trading near 585.
If Godrej Industries December futures
breaks below 580 then it may break down the channel line and a down trend may
start for intraday session. 100 day EMA also has support near 585 so if it sustains
below 100 day EMA, it will confirm a short-term down trend. Sell Godrej
Industries future below 582 for the targets 575-565 stop loss 597

 Unitech shares crash after SC stay order on govt takeover of realty major.
 Cement shares surges as Supreme Court allows use of pet coke. Kakatiya
Cement, HeidelbergCement India, Mangalam Cement, JK Cements, Shree
Cement, JK Lakshmi Cement, Prism Cement, India Cements and Shree
Digvijay Cement Company were up in the range of 2% to 6% on the BSE. On
comparison, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 0.43% at 33,371 points.
 The Consumer Price Index (CPI)-based inflation pushed up to 4.88% in
November, the fastest monthly increase in the last 16 months, driven by
soaring vegetable prices and a rise in fuel inflation. Food inflation doubled
to 4.41% in November from 2.26% in October and the pickup in price rise
was reflected in almost all categories except pulses, prices of which
continued to fall.
 SAIL on Wednesday said its board has approved the proposal to enter into a
joint venture with the world’s largest steelmaker ArcelorMittal for
manufacturing high-end automotive steel. SAIL and ArcelorMittal had
entered into an MoU in May 2015 to explore the possibility of setting up an
auto-grade steel manufacturing facility under a joint venture in India.
