professional skills. To that end, Paul Katsus maintains
membership in the Toastmasters organization.
For 90 years, Toastmasters International has provided
a platform for members to develop leadership and
publication skills. The organization encourages
members to take advantage of live workshops to
share and give feedback on presentations. Its awards
system further encourages continued learning. In
2010, the organization's board of directors
determined that its overall education program
required revitalization to meet the changing needs of
21st century professionals.

3.  Upon completion, the new Toastmasters education
program will continue to focus on skill building and
achievement recognition. The organization's awards
system will have a more clearly defined path for
achievement, and individualized education
programs will help members meet personal goals. The
new Toastmasters education program will also
incorporate mobile applications, digital materials,
and video sharing to enhance the learning process.
Once the program is ready for release, the
organization will announce an overlap period during
which members can complete current awards in
process and begin working within the new system.
