Circuit monitoring services are provided to measure the performance and status of internet and telecom circuits. Notifications can be sent by email if a circuit goes down. A dashboard provides real-time and monthly reporting on the current status of circuits, including metrics on packet loss, latency, and if a circuit is active. While carriers may provide some monitoring, a third party solution offers consolidated visibility, alerting, and quality monitoring across all provider circuits.
