Denco II of Morris will be putting your corn to work for you again this fall by
using a new tool for you, the producer.
With the expectation of a higher moisture crop at harvest, we have a way of
helping you achieve more bushels per acre by accepting high moisture corn
(up to 20%) with no shrink discount! That is a 7.5% increase in bushel/acre if
you’re used to taking a 1.5% shrink discount as you market your corn.
(Moisture discounts will apply, please call for details.)
We will also have price later contracts again for fall delivery. This corn will have
to be 15% moisture or lower to qualify. The time period for this contract to be
delivered will be October 1st- December20th, 2013. The time period for the
price later is October 1st, 2013 through April 15th, 2014 for $0.08 charge.
