Kyle Hawkins is the executive chef and owner of Alexander Rose, an Italian-style deli and restaurant located in Tampa, Florida. Hawkins has extensive experience in the culinary field, graduating from the International Culinary Institute and appearing on the TV show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Alexander Rose aims to provide fresh, homemade foods from its rooftop garden in a warm, comfortable environment at affordable prices.

Cheeses and even a Take-n-Bake. Here at Alexander Rose you can enjoy the
freshest ingredients, presented with fine dining quality. Alexander Rose serves
an array of fresh feel good food from homespun sides and homemade soups, to
specialty pizza by the slice and gourmet style sandwiches. Along with our
freshly prepared food we offer an assorted display of meats and cheeses, which
can be sliced to your preference or bought whole. Our Executive Chef and
Owner strive to create a warm comfortable environment at an affordable
family rate.

rough look on the outside; however once you open the doors, elegance and
comfort along with wonderful smelling food and a friendly face awaits you.
This Italian style deli offers warm moderately lit seating; clean, sleek lines
give this deli an upscale look. All of the servers are professional, courteous,
and knowledgeable. Our goal is to make you feel welcome and comfortable as
soon as you walk in the door.

6. Executive Chef and Owner Kyle Hawkins really strive to provide the freshest
food and the best quality possible. Our menu offers an array of fresh feel good
food from homespun sides and made from scratch soups, too Specialty Pizza
by the slice and Gourmet Sandwiches. Alexander Rose has a rooftop garden that
grows enough fresh herbs and produce for the entire restaurant. Anything that
is not grown or made in house is purchased through local vendors. All sides,
sauces and dressings are made from scratch. All of the meats are smoked,
cured, or roasted in house and displayed for purchase or cut and sliced to order
for a sandwich or pizza. Everything is prepared to order and presented to feed
your eyes before your belly.

Alexander Rose is centrally located in between three large
business office complexes, Tampa International Airport, High
schools, and Colleges.

9. Alexander Rose is close to numerous industries from Furniture and Cabinets to
Car sales and Bicycle parts just inside the industrial park. The surrounding area
has three multi unit business parks with thousands of business professionals.
There are five schools in the area as well as about 20 churches. There are a
number of different retail stores such as Home Depot ,Wal-Mart, and Babies-R-
Us. The Tampa International Airport is just minutes away; Alexander Rose is easily
accessible to tourists and locals. The 20,000 plus population is split between
apartments and single family homes with the majority of properties being rented
rather than owned.

10. Alexander Rose is located in between Dale Mabry Hwy and The Veterans
Expressway on Hillsborough Ave; making it extremely accessible to any customer.
Our parking lot will be reserved for take out and Deli customers and there is
Complimentary Valet for our dine-in customers. Our parking lot and valet lot is
monitored with state of the art security cameras 24/7. Traffic from 4:30 P.M. until
about 6:30 P.M. is very intense right outside the restaurant. A lot of traffic is
caused due to Alexander Rose being only a mile away from the Veterans
Expressway. If you head north on the Veterans you can take it for hours, if you go
south on the Veterans you are able to jump on I-75, I-275, I-4, or shoot over the
bridge to St. Pete or Clearwater.

11. Objective: First and foremost to announce the grand opening of
Alexander Rose focusing on our brand and trade dress. Secondly, establish a
loyal customer base over the first year by providing quality and consistent
food and customer service. Finally, establish a loyalty program which will
help drive sales from year 1 to year 2 by 5%-7%.
