Make moving less stressful for your kids(finished)RandyBett
Moving can be a stressful experience for children as well as adults. It is important for parents to talk to their kids about the changes and challenges of moving in advance to help minimize any negative effects. Parents should listen to their children's concerns, be aware of changes in their behavior, and provide plenty of reassurance during the moving process. Setting up their new rooms first and exploring the new neighborhood together can help kids adjust to their new home.

"Tactical periodization - Fundamentals" by Jose Guilherme OliveiraNick Cowell
The document discusses the theory of Tactical Periodization, an approach to soccer training. It aims to develop a team's unique style of play through the teaching and learning process. Tactical Periodization conceives of training as constructing a specific game model over time through the periodic implementation of technical, tactical, physical, and mental principles. It emphasizes the complex and nonlinear nature of soccer. The methodology involves alternating training focuses between different scales (individual to collective) and qualities (speed, strength, endurance) to optimize player adaptation. The goal is to incorporate the team's intended game model at both the collective and individual level.
Dr. James Naismith invented the game of basketball in 1891 in Springfield, Massachusetts, developing the first 13 official rules. The first game was played on January 20, 1892 with nine players and ended 1-0. There are five standard positions in basketball: point guard, shooting guard, small forward, power forward, and center.

Health, hygiene and cleanliness are important for overall well-being. Health is defined as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. Hygiene refers to conditions and practices that help maintain health and prevent disease. Personal hygiene practices include keeping hands and nails clean, washing hair regularly, brushing teeth after meals, and exercising daily. Maintaining a healthy environment also helps prevent disease by avoiding stagnant water and properly disposing of sewage and garbage.
Hand hygiene is widely regarded as the bedrock for the prevention of healthcare associated infections (HAIs). HAIs are among the biggest killers in modern medicine. Yet, hand hygiene compliance among healthcare workers remains woefully poor.
Why can’t we learn the lessons that Semmelweis taught us nearly 150 years ago? If we can’t teach intelligent healthcare workers to wash their hands properly, what hope do we have as medical educators? This is both a patient safety and a medical education priority. Our patients’ lives are at risk and they deserve better. So, how can we change our patient’s microbiological cultures? By changing our culture.
The power, it seems, is in our hands.

In order to make it easier for the child to settle in the playschool Juhu, make sure that you let your child spend time away from you from time to time, maybe with grandparents or other relatives, or caregivers and maids.
Children develop through interactions with their environment, which provides opportunities for engagement. A quality childcare environment has age-appropriate activities and materials that are accessible to children. It also provides various spaces for different types of play and displays the children's artwork. Arranging the physical space can guide children's behaviors and encourage or discourage certain activities. Providing defined play areas and organizing materials can suggest how children should play and engage with different activities.

Understanding User Needs and Satisfying ThemAggregage
https://www.productmanagementtoday.com/frs/26903918/understanding-user-needs-and-satisfying-them
We know we want to create products which our customers find to be valuable. Whether we label it as customer-centric or product-led depends on how long we've been doing product management. There are three challenges we face when doing this. The obvious challenge is figuring out what our users need; the non-obvious challenges are in creating a shared understanding of those needs and in sensing if what we're doing is meeting those needs.
In this webinar, we won't focus on the research methods for discovering user-needs. We will focus on synthesis of the needs we discover, communication and alignment tools, and how we operationalize addressing those needs.
Industry expert Scott Sehlhorst will:
• Introduce a taxonomy for user goals with real world examples
• Present the Onion Diagram, a tool for contextualizing task-level goals
• Illustrate how customer journey maps capture activity-level and task-level goals
• Demonstrate the best approach to selection and prioritization of user-goals to address
• Highlight the crucial benchmarks, observable changes, in ensuring fulfillment of customer needs
