can help older people increase
their quality of life, reduce the
feeling of social isolation and
improve their physical and
mental health. In addition, it
can bring different benefits for
their family, relatives and

culture-based and social activities, among them:

In addition, adult learners’ achievements could be showcased
by displays, concerts, exhibitions or other forms of
