3. Our manufacturer have been involved in the acoustical field for many years and are able to advise on the suitability of
certain acoustic products for treatment. There are times when the client would help them technical acoustic
questions specifically related to our TAVILINE and TAVINEL products.
Custom - made products for specific projects can be tested and full acoustic data needed by the project
management team, the acoustician and the architect can be provided.
We can also make available our acoustician partners to help with the acoustic testing and treatment of buildings and
interior spaces. On-site study can be facilitated as well as post installation testing.

highest standard for veneered mdf panels Cs2d0.
We use Euroclass Bs2d0 mdf in our panel production as we all Bs2d0 lacquer / painted surfaces.

Timber or plywood with a density more then 400 kg/m3 are considered to have low fire propagation similar to FR MDF
- Euro Class Bs2d0.

When using Fire Rated Mdf with a veneer surface an additional fire rated lacquer must be applied to
the surface in order to counter the effect of the wood veneer.
When manufacturing with fire rated board we follow the instruction according to the certificate held my the
factory, according to UNE-EN 13501 1:07 Standards - ‘Classification of performance against fire of
construction products and building elements’.
