Thenthuk is a traditional Tibetan vegetable soup served with pieces of yak meat and noodles. Salted yak butter tea or sweet milk tea are a morning ritual drunk with breakfast rolls. Yogurts made from yak's milk are creamy, tasty, and nutritious.
