It describes how sales, marketing, HR, IT, and communications teams can use Tibbr for collaborating on proposals, managing customer issues, recruiting talent, sharing announcements, and more. Specific examples are given for each department showing how features like private subjects, file sharing, notifications, and search help employees work together more efficiently.
Within the Office 365 ecosystem, what is the best method to have your message heard by the right audience? This presentation walks through the different options in the Microsoft arena, including SharePoint News and Communication Sites, Yammer, Teams, and more.
A successful collaboration strategy includes technology, process alignment, and the user experiences. However, organizations tend to focus the most on technology, and the least on people -- when the opposite should be true. As this presentation explains, culture is the key to any successful collaboration strategy.
The Nuts and Bolts of Teams, Groups and Conversation as-a-ServiceChristian Buckley
Within Office 365, we have multiple methods for social collaboration. Organizations around the world are struggling to understand which tool to use when -- but this is the wrong premise. In this session, we'll discuss the broader concept of 'conversation as a service' and how Microsoft Teams, Outlook Groups, Yammer, and SharePoint all fit together -- and show you how to get the most out of all of them.

We’re living in the Enterprise 2.0 era and there’s no place for old communication and collaboration tools like email in our lives. Right? Then why does email continue to be the collaboration backbone for over 80% of organizations all over the world? We can hate emails, but we have to face the fact that today email is still the most frequently used tool for business people. Should Enterprise 2.0 fight email? Or is there a possibility to leverage its advantages and popularity? The presentation offers a possible solution for this dilemma.
Top 20 Office and Office 365 Productivity Features You Need to KnowChristian Buckley
Most people understand the core capabilities in Micrfosoft Office and Office 365: they can log in, access email, upload documents, join in discussions. But are there features that go largely unused, but which can help you unlock personal or team productivity? This presentation walks through the Top 20 Office and Office 365 productivity features that can help your end users get the most out of the and related Microsoft Office functionality.
A closer look at why social collaboration within the enterprise is more like eBay than Facebook, where its about purpose and function, not LOL Cats and pictures of what you ate for breakfast. Elevating the Enterprise 2.0 ConversationRoss Mayfield
Keynote at Enterprise 2.0 conference in Boston where we launched SocialCalc the social spreadsheet.
The past five years have held tremendous innovation in enterprise software, an industry not known for its innovation relative to other areas of the technology sector. Enterprise 2.0 has challenged preconceptions and created innovative products. But of more interest, the use cases have evolved and practices are enabling new solutions that offer competitive advantage. Its time to elevate the conversation beyond features (wiki, blog, RSS, social networking, etc.), put aside the hype and talk about what problems the Enteprise 2.0 community is uniquely prepared to solve. In this keynote, Socialtext Chairman, President & Co-founder Ross Mayfield will share his insights from the past five years in business, and look to the next.
While Office365 continues to grow at a rapid rate, adoption beyond Exchange can be slow without a strategy in place. This presentation discusses: a "go to market" strategy for a successful Office 365 deployment; productivity features that will enhance adoption; strategies for keeping end users engaged; how to track usage and activity so you can measure your success; and touches on many of the productivity features (Groups, Delve, Yammer, co-editing, etc). The primary focus, however, is on the management/ongoing educational aspects of a successful deployment.

The Nuts and Bolts of Measuring SharePoint ActivityChristian Buckley
To determine whether something has been successful, organizations must create a baseline of activity, monitor and measure over time, and then compare the results to the baseline. One of the leading conflicts between business users and IT happens when there is not accurate data around what is actually happening within the system. Thus, measuring the success of SharePoint should begin with SMART goals: specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound.
Slides from a joint webinar with Christian Buckley, Microsoft MVP and CMO of Beezy, and Tal Ben-David from CardioLog Analytics. The intent of this session is to help organizations to learn more about what can be achieved out-of-the-box and through the partner ecosystem to get SharePoint measurements back on track, with a comparison between out-of-the-box SharePoint analytics usage to help attendees understand the direction Microsoft is headed in, as well as an in-depth demonstration of advanced analytics that you can use today to achieve SMART goals.
Most enterprises are trying to understand -- and roll out -- social capabilities across the enterprise, but many are concerned about the lack of governance controls for social activities in SharePoint and Yammer. This presentation helps set the stage for what is available out of the box, and what organizations should be thinking about to better govern their social deployments.

Driving Organizational Change With Social & Collaborative TechnologiesMike Gotta
Presented at Interop Las Vegas: Organizations are investing in Enterprise 2.0 as a means to improve employee engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. While social tools can play a critical role, driving organizational change requires IT strategists to look beyond technology deployment. This session will help IT architecture and infrastructure personnel understand E2.0 adoption issues, the role of change management, and alignment of social tools with strategic business initiatives.
Social tools are now being offered by a number of collaboration vendors. Many organizations are unsure of how to integrate social tools with existing team workflows. Managers must embrace, rather than hinder, integration of social collaboration tools. This storyboard, along with its accompanying tools, will help you:
* Understand social collaboration and how it builds team effectiveness.
* Develop a strategy for enabling social collaboration patterns with technology.
* Understand the major vendors and feature sets for social tools.
* Foster a culture that encourages the use of social collaboration tools.
Managers must recognize that social tools are powerful enablers of knowledge-sharing and productivity in the age of the team.

ABSTRACT: Although a significant amount of literature exists on Morocco's migration policies and their
successes and failures since their implementation in 2014, there is limited research on the integration of subSaharan African children into schools. This paperis part of a Ph.D. research project that aims to fill this gap. It
reports the main findings of a study conducted with migrant children enrolled in two public schools in Rabat,
Morocco, exploring how integration is defined by the children themselves and identifying the obstacles that they
have encountered thus far. The following paper uses an inductive approach and primarily focuses on the
relationships of children with their teachers and peers as a key aspect of integration for students with a migration
background. The study has led to several crucial findings. It emphasizes the significance of speaking Colloquial
Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and being part of a community for effective integration. Moreover, it reveals that the
use of Modern Standard Arabic as the language of instruction in schools is a source of frustration for students,
indicating the need for language policy reform. The study underlines the importanceof considering the
children‟s agency when being integrated into mainstream public schools.

Improving Workplace Safety Performance in Malaysian SMEs: The Role of Safety ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: In the Malaysian context, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) experience a significant
burden of workplace accidents. A consensus among scholars attributes a substantial portion of these incidents to
human factors, particularly unsafe behaviors. This study, conducted in Malaysia's northern region, specifically
targeted Safety and Health/Human Resource professionals within the manufacturing sector of SMEs. We
gathered a robust dataset comprising 107 responses through a meticulously designed self-administered
questionnaire. Employing advanced partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) techniques
with SmartPLS 3.2.9, we rigorously analyzed the data to scrutinize the intricate relationship between safety
behavior and safety performance. The research findings unequivocally underscore the palpable and
consequential impact of safety behavior variables, namely safety compliance and safety participation, on
improving safety performance indicators such as accidents, injuries, and property damages. These results
strongly validate research hypotheses. Consequently, this study highlights the pivotal significance of cultivating
safety behavior among employees, particularly in resource-constrained SME settings, as an essential step toward
enhancing workplace safety performance.
