1. The document proposes a new device to help capture market share in Kerala where competition is tough, with innovative solutions needed to gain share. 2. The proposed device is a desk phone with a detachable 5-inch smart tablet that can use Aircel's SIM for coverage anywhere on the network, and can be inserted into the desk phone for coverage at home via an external antenna when no signal is available. 3. Additionally, the device would have RJ11 connectivity to function as a normal landline phone, extra SIM card slots, and WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity.

is a chance of buying a Fancy Video Desk Phone.. Being dominated by
Middle East Proximity )
4. The Well know fact is our Aircel SIM is only the Secondary SIM Card for the
Customer ., we need to strive and keep the position 2nd
and find innovative
ways to become No.1.

2. Features:-
1. This Desk Phone should have a Detachable 5” Smart Tablet . ( Currently
launched byCISCO – but they don’t have the other features as described
below)
2. The Tablet will be have our Aircel SIM and the customer can use anywhere
where we have coverage.
3. If the Customer feels that he doesn’t have coverage in his house, he can
insert the 5” Smart Tablet in the Desk Phone and use as Desk Phone in his
house ( The Equipment will be fitted with a External Yahi Antena )

3. 4. The Device will also have a provision of RJ 11, and the customer can use the
same Device as normal BSNL Landline Phone..
5. Also this Device will have additional SIM Card Tray ( customer may use of
his Choice )
6. This Device is equipped with WiFi & Blue Tooth.
