The document provides sarcastic "suggestions" for destroying a child's mental and physical health, such as exposing them to traffic fumes in buggies and at schools located near busy roads, feeding them foods with harmful chemicals, and doubling the amount of chemicals used in the home. It claims that psychologists, doctors, drug companies, and the government would benefit from people following these "suggestions."
The moment teens start to be more exposed to substance consumption be it alcohol, nicotine or any other drugs, it is really important to approach the situation with calm and seriousness. This presentation contains a few ideas for the parents regarding how they should face such a situation.

SHPE #NILA2015 - Social Media & Digital Organizing for Nonprofits Juan Sebastian Vasquez
This workshop was prepared for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) as part of their National Institute for Leadership Advancement (NILA 2015).
I presented this to a room of roughly 35 elected leaders for SHPE's various local professional chapters. In it I used origami to empower individuals to craft a path for their own social media efforts to help them achieve organizational goals.
The goal of this workshop was for the group to feel more comfortable using social media to accomplish organizational goals. To do this we covered three main concepts:
1. Create purpose in your social media content
2. Tell stories
3. Organize your community
To illustrate each of the three main concepts, I shared different stories that highlighted pro tips in leveraging social media.

Case Study
A father brings his two-year-old boy into a pediatrician's office for a routine well-child visit. From the father, the doctor learns that the boy's parents are divorced and that he generally lives with his mother and her parents. (The mother had to accompany her parents to her aunt's funeral this weekend and therefore could not make the appointment.) The doctor makes a note of this information.
The pediatrician examines the boy and finds no abnormalities. The boy's growth and development indicators are within normal limits for his age.
Three years later, concerned that her child is hyperactive, the mother brings the same child, now five years old, to your office (his previous pediatrician recently retired). At a parent-teacher conference last week, the kindergarten teacher said that the boy seems impulsive and has trouble concentrating, and recommended evaluation by a physician as well as by the school psychologist. The mother states that he has always seemed restless and easily distracted, but that these first six months in kindergarten have been especially trying.
He has also complained recently of frequent intermittent abdominal pains and constipation. The mother gave him acetaminophen for stomach pains with little change, and has been giving him a fiber laxative, which has reduced the frequency and severity of constipation. She wonders if the change to attending kindergarten has a role in his increased complaints.
Family history reveals that the boy lives with his sister, mother, and maternal grandparents in an older suburb of your community. The child visits with his father one weekend a month, which is working out fine. However, he seems to be fighting more with his sister, who has been diagnosed with attention-deficit disorder and is repeating first grade. Since the mother moved in with her parents after her divorce four years ago, she has worked with the grandfather in an automobile radiator repair shop, where her children often come to play after school. She was just laid off, however, and expressed worry about increasing financial dependence on her parents. She also worries that the grandfather, who has gout and complains increasingly of abdominal pain, may become even more irritable when he learns that she is pregnant.
Her third child is due in 6½ months.
On chart review, you see that the previous pediatrician examined the boy for his preschool physical one year ago. A note describes a very active four year old who could dress himself without help but could not correctly name the primary colors. His vision was normal, but hearing acuity was below normal according to a hearing test administered for his preschool physical. The previous doctor noted that the boy's speech and language abilities were slightly delayed. Immunizations are up to date.
Further history on last year's visit indicated adequate diet, with no previous pica behavior. Hematocrit was diminished at 30%. Peripheral blood smear showed hypoch ...
To talk with your child about sex, there are a lot of factors that you should take into account. Before talking to your child about sex, it is very imperative that you have an apparent and superior understanding about the real world of sex scenario conversations.
For most teenagers, puberty comes like a runaway train pulling boxcars of raging hormones creating a powerful combination of physical and mental challenges. The process of teaching the kids about these changes in their bodies and minds can be daunting. However talking to your child about puberty, can definitely help them get through this phase of change. It’s a known fact that during puberty in boys and girls, they worry about being “normal”. Many children are seen to lose their self-esteem, as they enter adolescence much earlier than their friends. Others feel embarrassed when they realize that everyone has gone through it except them. If this is the case, hold on! Try not to dramatize the conversation otherwise, it can make things more awkward and uncomfortable for the teenage mind. The key here is “communication”. Talking to them about what they are going through is very important in helping them understand it’s normal.

Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.

Thoughts
1. Suggestions
Remember
these are just suggestions
of what you can do
to destroy
the mental and physical
health of your child
Suggestion 1
As soon as your child is born
find the nearest heavy traffic area near you
the best ones are in the citys or near big industrial areas
to find them is not difficult check the internet
or listen to the traffic updates on the radio
Suggestion 2
dont carry your child
buy a buggy
because all buggys are on about the same level
as the exhaust pipes of cars and trucks
the hotter the day the better
because the poisonous fumes
that come from the cars and trucks
stay lower for longer
it is better for your child
they get the full effect
2. Suggestion 3
When you start feeding your child
always check the label what i like to call
the chemical list
the more chemicals the better
they userly go together with pretty packageing
if your not to sure
check the websites
for harmfull chemicals in food
you cant go wrong
the same goes for drinks
if your giving your child a plastic bottle
to drink from
put the bottle in the sun for a few hours
you will be amazed
how many chemicals leach from the plasic bottle
into your childs drink
3. Suggestion 4
When your child is at school age
its time to look at the heavy traffic areas again
there are many schools in these areas
so there is plenty to chose from
the best why to find the right school
for your child
is to take a white bed sheet
hang it up in the playground in the morning
then look at it at the end of the day
the blacker the sheet the better the school
Suggestion 5
When you take your child
for a trip to the beach
before you go
check the internet
there are websites that show you where
there is polution in the sand and sea
sewage polution
would be better
it has everything that you need
and dont foget the harmful chemicals
in your home
i suggest you dubble
the amount that you use
4. Well these are all of the legal suggestions
i can think of
i know what most of you are thinking
what is this guy talking about
we dont need to look on the net or take white sheets
to our childs school
we do all these things atomatically
But dont forget ladies
there are some mothers who dont know
here is a small list of the ones
who would like to thank you
for doing these thing to your children
but are to embarrassed to say
so ill name them for you
Phychologists
specially the child phychologists
Why
more work lots of work
orthodox doctors
and their best friends the drug companys
more profit
more field testing
more drugs
for your child
and last but not least
5. your government thanks you
WHY
DO YOU ASSUME
THERE ARE NO GAPS
IN YOUR THINKING
WHY
DO YOU BELIEVE
YOU HAVE A CONTINOUS LINE
WHY IS IT
WHEN YOU ARE PUSHED
ON YOUR COMMON SENSE THINKING
YOU BREAK DOWN
AND SCREAM
LIKE A CHILD
