For Chinese translation, "Huang" stands for "Royalty", and "Liang" means "Kindness". Therefore, the spirit of 皇 is royal standard on moral ethics, working attitude and life style; the essence of 良 is to be kind to people with warm smile, positive thinking and optimistic nature.
