The Better Alternative When choosing a vehicle that would get you from one place to another, would you not choose the better alternative? In
discussions of vehicular transportation, one controversial issue has been whether or not people should use electric cars or gas powered cars. On
one hand, others contend that people should not use gas powered cars over electric cars.On the other hand, people argue that gas powered cars
should be used over electric cars People should use electric cars because they are better for the environment, are cheaper and the government
provides better incentives than gas powered cars. When it comes to gas powered cars, there are some reasons why it's morely prefered. First of all,
the electric car is still relatively new, while gas powered cars have been around since the beginning. The transition to an electric car may not be so
easy, as having a gas car is what everyone is used to. The gas powered car can also travel longer distances, due to having more power than an electric
car as an electric car can travel about 100 miles in one charge. However there are many other reasons why an electric vehicle is the better choice for

Gas powered cars are one of the major causes of global warming , and air pollution. Gas powered cars are able to create a lot of carbon dioxide that
harm the environment. These cars can also spill certain fluids that can harm the environment. Some of these fluids are motor–oil, gasoline and brake
fluid. These fluids can harm humans as well as animals, and can pollute our water systems. Electric cars on the other hand are better for the
environment. They use half the energy of a gas powered car, so they don't cause as much pollution in the air. They also use cleaner energy; electricity,
