This document outlines Rebecca Capek's action research project examining the virtual Keuka College experience and its impact on student retention and recruitment. The chapters discuss the purpose and rationale, literature review on marketing, social media and higher education, methodology using a survey, results, and reflections. The survey found students could benefit from improved technology for appointments, clubs/events, forms, and campus maps. Moving forward, the researcher will examine other schools' approaches and software like OrgSync or Check-Im-Here.
