The presentation concentrates on writing research proposal in-hand classroom submission with a display of modern technology-integrated English Language Teaching- ELT for its effectiveness in massive positive, quantifiable digitized networks introduction for the students to learn a language other than the mother tongue. Research concentrates on improving English language reading, writing, and speaking among the people who have Bengali as a mother tongue. It is perceived that different analytical studies related to English language teaching using the help of digitized platforms have enhanced the context's performances in developed nations. The research proposal includes all the subsections for obtaining practical implementation on mainly sampling four teacher's survey to be analyzed with research's data analysis and findings after reviewing the overall inclusion of previously questionnaire-based cautious intervention of the projected simulation.
