Marketing:

Marketing is done by: Publicity, billboards, Ads on
TV, Radios, and beauty magazines, brochures
and Foire de Paris.


Outlets:

This box will be available in the beauty stores and
saloons, in the super and hyper markets, also
available on the website of the company.

Production cost: 720€ * 50000 units = 36 000 000 €.(36%)
Transportations cost (from China to Europe) = 1 000 000 €
(10%)
Marketing (Marketing plan+ Distribution cost+ transp.) = 20
000 000 €.(20%)
Other costs (Energy+ Maintenance+…) = 15 000 000
€.(15%)
Safety Level (ICE situations) = 19 000 000 € (19%)
The Box will be designed and produced in China under
all the International norms of quality for the materials
and the beauty products, and experts will be hired to
ensure this point.
 The reason for choosing China is that the labor cost is
lower than in Europe and the use of the raw materials is
also cheaper even regarding the quality of the materials.
And even when we add the cost of transportation
between china and France the cost will not be over
evaluated than the cost of producing in France.





The Product will be launched at the first place in the
French market then in the Chinese market, according to
the place of production and distribution. The distribution
will be escorted with worldwide publications in order to
keep the uniqueness of the product and to avoid the
competition during the launching period.
Than this product will be distribute in different markets
according to the needs and wants of the women in each
one.
