What we need to do to achieve the target ?

3. What we have in system ?
In the recent days we are in the path of development for making
our India as a developed country from other country,
But we have a mood of competition,
we have forget some thing which really builds our glory .
That’s called the recent value of our safety, health, environment system in India.
Comparing to other country we are at the level of zero…..
which needs actual development ….
To protect our work force , our property and environment to reach to got the goal of 2020.
A work force is the actual resource of any development.
if will not protect it then how can we achieve it.

4. We have many systems many rules and laws to protect
and follow and develop our safety system in India for every industry.
But when you compare it with real value the result will be ………?????

5. What we are doing & the result?
Some workmen are doing in building construction work..lets see the comparison…
In this 3 example we can measure our value comparing to others..

Here workmen are engaged in our country to make a building.
But due to lack of safety we have only accident ,injury, lose of manpower.
These worker none other than our daily labour those who work for their food.

6. WHAT IS THE MISTAKE…??
When we engaged daily labour to working for any work no one think..
 if any accident ,incident happens what we are loosing what we are paying for it..
There is no safe access, no protection, no safe system.
no personal protective equipment for these work force.
Its man who work for our development its depend open his luck only ,,if his luck fails ..
We can think the what will be the result.
Rather than some good corporate sector the system till in the level of zero…
which we are not seeing.

But due to lack of safety we have only accident ,injury, lose of manpower.

9. WHAT IS THE MISTAKE…??
Some workmen were engaged in a live road to make road for our nation development.
 if any accident ,incident happens to him due to lack of safety .
.is this the return gift for the behind their hard work for our nation development..
There is no safe area barricaded for work on live road, no protection, no safe system.
no personal protective equipment for these work force.
If any out side over speed vehicle hit them or any general public got injured due to it..??

But due to lack of safety we have only accident ,injury, lose of manpower
Why they did not have good transportation mode??.

12. WHAT IS THE MISTAKE…??
Some workmen were transported to the work site unsafely.
 if any accident ,incident happens to him due to lack of safety .
.is this the return gift for the behind their hard work for our nation development..
There is no safe area barricaded for work on live road, no protection, no safe system.
no safe means of transpiration for the work force which our real asset for the
development.??

13. The man who work for us need it..
Is their any difference between the man who work for us
and our personal life transportation system…?????

14. Why we are unable to do like others…..?????
In our India we have good law and order system, good rules to do better in safety system.
These are our FACTORY ACT, SATATE RUELS,
BUILDING & OTHER CONSTRUCTION WORK RULE, AND ACT,
LABOUR ACT & RUELS, ENVIRINMENT PROYECTION RUELS & LAWS.
IRC (Indian road congress).
But still the saturation in not developed
because we are in such mentality if nothing happening let it go like this..
If someday something happens wrong..
that day we will only record it and file it and then developed
but the person who loose something of his life for our this attitude what will happens to him.
We pay more than we earn to compensate the workforce instead of taking proactive measure.
The man who fights for his food what we are providing them…?????

15. Why other nation do it easily and got profited from it…..?????
Are we loosing or gaining anything ,where we are lagging.. ?????????
To protect our work force which is our real asset for devlopment?

18. what is safety?
Safety means freedom or protection from harm, danger or hazard,
risk, accident injury.
It needs to developed at best level when one daily worker who
works for his food can proudly say that ..I am worker to his family
and son/daughter..he will not shame…????
Rather than some counted good company, corporate sector, public,
govt sector its not happening fully,,,,it’s needs new
ideas…new..motivation.. A revaluation to stop accident..injury to
our daily labour.. And the real asset of our nation….. For whom
we are …..????
