The rainforest is located near the Earth's equator in South America, Africa, Asia, and Australia. It has a hot temperature of around 80 degrees and receives a lot of rain, almost 6 inches per month. A lot of bugs live here. FOREST FLOOR It's very dark down here. Almost no plants grow in this area. Giant anteaters live in this layer.
