Disruptive innovation is redefining economies and reshaping societies. It is reconfiguring the way
in which we do business to create new economic value and deliver social benefit. Innovation
makes the need for transformation the inevitable constant.
Investment decisions demand a focus on what businesses need in terms of the supply of skills, access
to services and synergy with other stakeholders. It is therefore, important for education and training
providers to understand the interconnectedness of these ecosystems that help them to define
“where to invest” to create the future STEM talent.
This talk will ask a key question: How proactively
prepared are you to respond to the current and future
needs of your ever changing technological customers?
It will highlight how the convergence of technologies could be integrated into educational
portfolios to prepare the future workforce and invigorate local economies.
