Junior Chamber International is a nonprofit organization with 200,000 young members ages 18 to 40 in over 100 countries. The Energy Investments Team was established in 2010 under JCI Eurasia to facilitate investing in Turkey's growing renewable energy sector. The team organizes events bringing together investors, banks, and energy companies to share experiences and network in order to support renewable energy projects in Turkey.

3. What is Energy Investments Team? Is a platform which was established under the roof of JCI Eurasia Local Committee in 20 10 . The main factor that lead the team to have energy theme is the willingness to take proactive roles in energy sector which is one of the continuously and fast growing sectors of Turkey.

5. Past Events Financing Renewable Projects Under sponsorship of Siemens Turkey, we brought Eksport Kredit Fonden (Denmark) to Turkey. More than 30 middle and top level executives in Turkish energy market attended the event which was very efficient for EKF, Siemens Turkey and investors.

9. Past Events Power Plant Project Approval and Provisional Acceptance There are lots of energy investments going on at the moment in Turkey. All are need ed to be approved during project engineering and after commissioning by the authority. We brought Energy Affairs and investors together to share project approval and provisional acceptance experiences of both side.

Past Events Power Plant Project Approval and Provisional Acceptance Energy Affairs General Manager Mr. Mustafa Çetin who made the opening speech in the conference where 89 executives, representing 35 investor companies and 8594 MW ongoing power plant projects, attended.
