The Moscow State University is one of the tallest buildings in Moscow at 240 meters high. It was founded in 1755 and renamed in 1940 to honor its founder Mikhail Lomonosov. The building was constructed in 1953 and has 36 floors, with four wings for student accommodation. The architects who designed the building were L.V. Rudniev, S.E. Chernyshev, P.V. Abrosimov, and A.V. Khriakov. Visitors can see a statue of a student in front of the main building and enjoy views of Moscow from the top of the building.
