How to Start an SEO Agency - 4 Pillars of GrowthRyan Stewart
In this deck, I’ll be running you through the “4 Pillars” of SEO agency growth.
1. Knowledge: You must have deep expertise in your service(s).
2. Process: There needs to be a system through which you deliver your services.
3. People: You simply can’t do everything yourself. You need people who can help you deliver quality work quickly so you can better serve your clients.
4. Leads: You need to have a steady stream of predictable leads.
1. The Global View India Inc. Karma Advisor & Corporate White Paper from TGVII At first I would like to extract few minutes valuable time from your busy schedule & I trust you will find this ‘Corporate White Paper’ informative and exhaustive, and hope it provides you inspiration for your business development plans.
2. According to my perspective view there are three classifications of companies when the matter comes to Products Development. 1. These companies keep their old age products with little modification and normally don't invest in Research & Developments, called Traditional or Backward. 2. These companies follow the market trends & developed the products accordingly and normally spend good amount on Research & Development, called Trend Follower or Laggard. 3. These companies are few in number but have great influence in the market on account of their distinctive vision and spend lot of amount in Research & Developments and Forecasting. These sorts of companies always institute new, innovative, excited products by the help of intellectual compiled skill of visualization, conceptualization & formulation, set trends to follow in the Industry, called Trend setter or Fashion Arbiter.
3. We introduce ourselves as The World Wide Marketing Inc. now changed to The Global View India Inc. first company in Brasscity, which is providing valuable Services in Export-Import Consultancy, Management Solution for Production & Information Technology from the beginning as it has, came in existence in 1997. The company is headed by Mr. Pravesh K. Yadav a young and goal oriented person having a vast experience of over a decade in handicrafts & Eight years in IT as well as more than four years in Textile. Correspondence Specialist in any International Language like French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch & Portuguese etc. We demonstrate a high level of Professionalism, integrity, scrupulous, strong analytical skills and practicality. We possess high energy levels and are outstanding team players with a deep desire to learn continuously. We develop maturity, leadership and sound Judgment, in the meanwhile we always determined to keep our feet on the ground by becoming a real ground workers. We are providing dynamic access to real time information to our Business Associates not client that transcend organizational, functional, geographic boundaries.
4. Our Slogan : We start where other finish their task. The e-business edge : TGVII is an organization that is transforming its interaction with Importers, Exporters & Companies which will be called as Business Associates after joining our company using Web Technologies, extending its reach to improve it's performs. Information is the most valuable part of any Organization. The challenge today is finding a way to safely abstain from Market slump, Unemployment & Uncertainties are our main enemies and we have needed to fight all of them. We work with so much passion, you can't believe until you have to join us. In past (1999-2000) we were associated with G.A. Infotech Ltd. A dedicated company to Web Technologies & Multimedia Presentations and offered the highest level of hosting services, Software Development, ERP Solution, Computer Networking, IT Education etc. G.A. Infotech had worked for world leading companies such as Hewlett Packard, Oracle Group U.S.A. & IRCON (Indian Railway Construction Company).
5. What's more important Strategy or Execution? It's a kind of dilemma question who came first Egg or Chicken? In my perspective view both are more important with each other because without Strategy you can't move a bit & without proper execution you can't make deal perfect. The both are most substantial part of Tree (Organization), if strategy is a Root then Execution is like a combination of Trunk, Branches, Leaves, Buds etc. Root absorbed water and other nutrition on the other hand branches, leaves etc. absorbed Corbin Dioxide and Sun Rays they work together and give strength to Tree (Organization) & yield Fruits (Results). I’m not merely believer of only to be a consultant because I always want to lead from the front. I always think in Global perspective view, here is a paragraph which has been excerpts from my Article (Like Hurricane Katrina & Child Labour Law Towards Terrorism):
6. "True Contribution towards the development of your Nation & Society I would like to request you, do your excel in your respective fields with true heart (No matter you are employee or owner) & of course you are worshiping your respective God (Work is Worship). If you do the same by true heart, you haven't needed to go your Church/Mosque/Temple/Other Worship Place . You like to go there to find a God, but God is already in your heart / your workplace if you see with your inner eyes, you'll find a way which goes towards spiritualism. If you are a businessman then do your best to encourage your employees, introduce them to a Corporate Culture and treat them like family members (As they are also human, no matter they are your employees & you pay them for their respective Job). You'll get extra ordinary results in Production/Marketing/Profit etc., when they realize that they are working for their own Organization, which is like a second home for them. Media is a fourth Pillar in any Democratic Country, so if you belong to media (Newspaper/Broadcast/Radio etc.) provide true content to your Reader/Viewer/Audience, so they could know what's exactly happening in their surrounding & the World? If you want entertain to them provide such contents that could give some relief & joy in so much stressful environment. If you are politician, just lead from the front. It's really very easy to be a leader but true leadership is to bring leadership in others & you see how your work simplizer ever than before. If you are a member of Parliament then put the issue in the interest of your Nation/Constituency/World, prepare your speech or related documents in organize manner because all Nations eyes towards you. Give your heart towards your constituency/Area in social activities because the time you'll spend with your people, you'll get much more from them. If you are owner of Departmental Store, give first priority to you consumer satisfaction with Quality Products/Better Pricing/Timely Delivery etc. It's a fantastic and super hit formula for the Director to Cast world known Super Stars, Best Musician, Best Singer and give probable hit, but the real Director is who could choose new face from the crowd & extract best performance from newcomers. If you are a chief of social organization, try your best to provide employment who need jobs rather than provide them Bread/Cloth etc. You can contact with your local SME (Small Medium Enterprises), Big Industrialists, also can setup Small Scale Industries to make ensured the job for needy people. Poor required jobs not your sympathy or grant or aid. Now I would like to turn towards the employees, so let's do your best for your company/organization etc. Don't think that you are working for someone else because somewhere you are contributing towards the productivity & development of your own country. If we all put our hearts towards our respective field with dedication & passion, we will make ensure to give our contribution in the development of our respective countries. My personal feeling is true patriot towards his/her country, also respect to other country's patriotism. The same thinking will made this world a True Global Village & bring closer to each other."
7. Too many companies can't answer "yes" to these questions In the quest for Products development, organizations invest considerable sums in design, development and prototype testing. In many cases, they are missing the opportunity to secure a maximum return on this investment. Too many companies can't answer "yes" to these questions: Are you capturing the valuable information created in every project? Are you applying that information to subsequent projects? Are employees learning from their mistakes rather than repeating them over and over? Are you identifying best R&D practices on a case-by-case basis? Are your training costs in line? The reason organizations can't answer yes to these questions is that they are failing to properly and systematically manage and document their development information. They have great difficulty reporting their work to Buyers & Buying Agents. And they have no way of reusing research development information in other areas of the enterprise, such as sales, marketing and customer service.
8. About My Professional Life: One day I was with my friend, it’s like a consecutive glooming days which were coming in my way over the years, the things were not clicking in right direction. I caught in deep thoughts process about my past experience & consistently thinking about my future projects. I was thinking in such manner that I’m going to die tomorrow & so many unfinished projects to accomplished lie down in front of me. Suddenly I told to my friend that “Yesterday was history; tomorrow will be mystery, so we have to cope up with these moments to live fullest.” Since I started to enjoy every moment & after near about six month I got better results that I couldn’t achieve throughout my life. Again I was with my same friend now the time to modify my phrase as below, he was amazed to listen this modified quote and changing in working style. "Yesterday was a history; tomorrow will be mystery, so live up with moments because these moments will decide our way towards the destination of Success or Failure"
9. So I have to describe myself it's totally difficult to me on account of my versatile personality. I don't know what kind of person am I. I'm Yogi, Yoga Instructor & True Devotee of the God in the Morning. Businessman, Professional Consultant as well as Real Ground Worker by the rest of the day. Motorcyclist & Dancing Sensational at social parties in the Night. At first look I'm very introverted person, some say that I'm proudy but when I know someone that the person who is in front of me Mr./Ms. Right then I open with them like an open book. I always believe live in moment, one moment I'm shy another moment I could be extroverted, some say I'm genius, some called me philosopher, One moment I’m a true devotee another moment I could be a spiritual guru, One moment I like to walk as a stalwart another moment I could be wondering like butterfly, One moment I'm highly professional consultant another moment you can found me as a real ground worker, I have so much variation in my personality that I'm too confused who am I. But I firmly believe in moment because we don't know about another moment, we have very short life so let's enjoy for yourself as well as for others. I’m much careful for my nutrition & balance diet, routinely Morning Walk, Exercise, Yoga & Meditation, I love very much to dance more more & more than an addictive person, I want to do everything in passionate way. overall result is that at the age of 35 I still look like a teenager. I’m like a child who still in learning process, I seek every moment as full packed of surprises, I learnt from nature, laborious aunts, Trees, Rocks etc.,
10. I want to love everybody even though little creature of this world because It’s created by Supreme Power, and you know I’m much influenced by Geeta…and firmly believe in Karma (Do). My professional career began after passed away my father when I was only 13. Circumstances enforced me to leave my study in mid. Being carved in the Brass Industry I was well aware about the developments since my childhood. At first I worked as a packer (Salary 400/= INR) in SMMC's various supplier under a packing contractor. Later I've joined Premier Enterprises & just after six month Mr. Javed owner of P.E. gave me an opportunity to carry out a packing contract after that I never turned to back and worked with various firms such as Fair Deal International, Novelty Trading Corporation, Gemco, India International etc. as a Packing Contractor. I also signed a packing contract with Indian Art Wares Corporation, New Delhi, owned by Mr. Madhok, which enhanced my experience in the art of Handicrafts as I came in contact with highly professionals and learnt some new innovation & techniques.
11. Paramount Trading Corporation's owner Mr. Akram Shamshi gave new heights to my career. I ended up my working on packing contract with the accomplishment of the task signed with Sainik Enterprises and was highly motivated by it's owner Mr. Vinay Mangla. Sine I established my company, Shivom Group support me a lot in many ways who realized me that I’m a part of one of them. I also established The World Wide Marketing Inc. in 1997 a dedicated company in Export - Import Consultancy, Placement, Publication Business Catalogues, Software Development of Export-Import etc. Thereafter gradually I've changed my track and converted my business with high technology and provide various services such as Web designing & hosting, Multimedia Business Presentation, Electronic catalogues, e-solution, e-commerce & consultancy, VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), V-Sat (Highly Broadband Internet Connection), Cable Broadband Internet Connectivity etc.
12. I also opened first cybercafé at Parsvnath Plaza, Moradabad (India) and launched first portal of Moradabad also known as Brasscity & had a main franchisee of World-wide Thomas Cook & then India's leading Travel Company Traveljini in Moradabad which enforced myself to know more about the different places of the world as well as their respective Tourist Destinations, Tradition, Souvenirs, Arts, Crafts, Cultural manifestations, Business & Technology etc. I always think very different, in later years I could resume my study but I hadn't. I thought that I have to do such things that are also not possible for higher educator like MBA or MCA. So full fill this dream, I kept on sharpening my individual skill in English, Communication, Management, Computers, Internet & Information Technology that resulted overall developments of the entrepreneur in me. I'm also able to correspondence in any International Language like French, German, Spanish etc. & I’ve also developed & hosted several website by myself like.
13. Conclusion: As India is going to be a Global Hub not just in IT but in every field due to huge Human Resources of Skilled Artisans, Highly Educated Technicians & most of MNC's are coming to India for outsourcing not just for Man Power but also for the utilization of available resources in India.
