The Eden Project is an educational initiative in Lagos, Nigeria that aims to provide education to children ages 2-15 and illiterate adults living in the Dustbin Estate, a slum built on a dump site. The program seeks to provide 50 children and 20 adults with free basic education each year, empower students with arts and culture basics, and feed 100 children a balanced diet monthly. It will establish a learning center called the Eden Academy to hold classes three times a week for subjects like math, English, and basic health. The goal is to contribute to establishing a permanent learning culture and provide opportunities for adults to experience education.
