of the internet
how consumers use technology and its impact on their lives

internet for the first time over the past 12 months,
delivering a year-on-year increase of 1.8 percent.”

4. Access to the internet
Changes in internet speeds over the years
Today, an immense bay exists between
the most extravagant, most progressive
countries and those with less created
foundation. In Singapore, for instance, you
can anticipate almost 300 Mbit/s as
standard, while in Turkmenistan the
normal is simply 4.3 Mb/s. Starting
around 2022, the worldwide normal is
roughly 100 Mbit/s and developing by 20%
every year.

6. How customers search for
information
On the off chance that you know precisely exact thing you're searching for, a search
engine is the most effective way to track down it. Web indexes use catchphrases or
expressions you decide to figure out which site pages have pertinent data.
There are various search engines you can use, however, the most commonly used
ones in this day an age would be Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

clothing items online at least once in a year. While clothing and footwear
were the most purchased items online in 2023, customers also invested in

10. Summary
It's safe to say the internet has evolved massively since the 1960s and continues to
evolve every single day for the better.
With new and improved technology and since the recent improvements of AI in the
past couple of years, we are a “new and improved world” in aspects of technology,
social media, online shopping and more.
If numbers continue to rise in the same way they currently are, many things that
never could have been thought of in the past century will be accomplished.
