This document discusses adapting Agile values and failures to do so. It presents three cases that highlight issues like lack of knowledge about problems, tool/practice searching instead of problem solving, and hidden quality and cooperation issues. These issues stem from culture and management not supporting the Agile transition. However, there is hope if organizations focus on core Agile values, management 3.0, and creating a culture of openness without punishment. The document advocates for starting fast and using approaches like holacracy to enable self-organization.
