through the gullet.
• The tongue roll the food to make it into a ball
• The saliva mix with the food to make it soft

• Let the food go to the stomach

• mIx the food with digestive juices
• Churns the food for about 2 to 4 hours

6. Small intestine
• Absorb nutrients and mineral salts from the
food

7. Large intestine
• Absorb water from the undigested food

8. Anus
• Give out all the undigested food as feaces
