This paper aims to identify Key determinants for
successful Project Implementation in the state of West Bengal
with special focus in the Durgapur Industrial area. The research
is motivated by the fact that of late there has been limited success
in Project Implementation in West Bengal which had earlier been
very successful in large scale project Implementation. Project
related Professionals of the region were deliberated and
interviewed. An objective realization instrument developed using
47 factors identified in the research as possible drivers in Project
implementation based on Likert’s seven point scale of ranking.
Weighted scores of respondents who have been involved in
project implementation in the area to the factors were analysed
using Factor Analysis, while the effects of the quantified weight of
the critical factors were analysed using regression tool. Result of
the analysis clearly identifies the Key determinant among all
factors which are essential for successful Project Implementation.
The 47 factors are further grouped into few segments like
Human, Resource, and Infrastructure etc. So through this
research segment priority is also determined for the area and
project manager based on priority can devote their time and
energy to ensure that the Project is successfully completed. The
customisation of Project planning and Project design has been
the key determinant for successful project implementation
We present a case of murder with a blunt object.
On the body of the deceased were identified specific traces in
the form of suffusions. Four people were suspected for the
murder. During the investigative four pairs of sneakers were
obtained. A full forensic examination was performed which
excluded three of the four pairs of suspected shoes. The forth
pair was a match. This kind of research is extremely important
in forensic practice and theory, as they allow forensic experts
to identify the objects that left specific traces on the body of a
victim or deceased. They are also extremely important during
investigation of criminal offenses, especially when there is more
than one suspect.

New Schiff base ligand (E)-6-(2-(4-
(dimethylamino)benzylideneamino)-2-phenylacetamido)-3,3-
dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic
acid = (HL) Figure(1) was prepared via condensation of
Ampicillin and 4(dimethylamino)benzaldehyde in methanol
.Polydentate mixed ligand complexes were obtained from 1:1:2
molar ratio reactions with metal ions and HL, 2NA on reaction
with MCl2 .nH2O salt yields complexes corresponding to the
formulas [M(L)(NA)2Cl] ,where M =
Fe(II),Co(II),Ni(II),Cu(II),and Zn(II) and NA=nicotinamide.
The 1H-NMR, FT-IR, UV-Vis and elemental analysis
were used for the characterization of the ligand. The complexes
were structurally studied through AAS, FT-IR, UV-Vis,
chloride contents, conductance, and magnetic susceptibility
measurements. All complexes are non-electrolytes in DMSO
solution. Octahedral geometries have been suggested for each
of the complexes. The Schiff base ligands function as
tridentates and the deprotonated enolic form is preferred for
coordination. In order to evaluate the effect of the bactericidal
activity, these synthesized complexes, in comparison to the un
complexed Schiff base has been screened against bacterial
species, Staphy
Background: Because of its wonderful taste, as well as
numerous nutritional and medicinal qualities valued especially
in the 20th century apple fruit is preferred worldwide.
Objective: The current work presents the antioxidant
specifications of several varieties of apples distributed in
Republic of Bulgaria and also methodology/equipment and
method for the preparation of the apples for the experiment/
used to determine the antioxidant characteristics.
Methods: We use the following methods:
spectrophotometric method; systematic approach and a critical
analysis of the accessible Research Periodicals
Results: We obtain nectar from apples by their
immediate squeezing prior the experiment using a juicer. (1)
Mix the three tubes with electromagnetic stirrer VORTEX 2
GENIE for 10 seconds. (2) Place the tubes in a water bath for
10-15 minutes at 380C. (3) Put the tubes in cold water for 5
seconds to stop the reaction. (4.) Identification of the activity of
the samples with a UV-VIS spectrophotometer; ThermoScientific;
Used length λ = 560 nm.
CONCLUSION:
1. Choose fully ripe fruits to generate the highest
amount of antioxidants.
2. The studied varieties of apples can be arranged
according to their antioxidant activity as follows: Grey smith,
Aidere, Golden Delicious, Jonah Gold, Golden Delicious, Red
Delicious, Chadeo, Mutsu, and Florina
The main aim of energy efficient routing is to
minimize the energy required to transmit or receive packets also
called as active communication energy. Inactive energy is the
energy which not only tries to reduce the energy consumed
when a mobile node stays idle but also listens to the wireless
medium for any possible communication requests from other
nodes. To conserve energy, many energy efficient routing
protocols have been proposed. Networks of small, inexpensive,
disposable, smart sensors are emerging as a new technology with
tremendous potential. Wireless sensor networks can be randomly
deployed inside or close to phenomenon to be monitored. The
advantage of these networks is the fact that they are selfconfiguring,
which means that a sensor network can be deployed
randomly on a battlefield, in a disaster area or in an inaccessible
area without the need for human intervention. The energy
supplies of nodes are not replenished or replaced and therefore
nodes only participate in the network for as long as they have
energy. This fact necessitates energy efficiency in the design of
every aspect of such nodes. Energy consumption in sensor nodes
occurs mainly due to computational processing and, to a greater
extent, communication. The routing protocol employed by these
sensor nodes can minimize the number of transmissions that
nodes make as well as the computational complexity of routing
path selection. It is therefore of critical importance that the
routing protocol be designed with energy efficiency in mind.
Multiagent Based Methodologies have become an
important subject of research in advance Software Engineering.
Several methodologies have been proposed as, a theoretical
approach, to facilitate and support the development of complex
distributed systems. An important question when facing the
construction of Agent Applications is deciding which
methodology to follow. Trying to answer this question, a
framework with several criteria is applied in this paper for the
comparative analysis of existing multiagent system
methodologies. The results of the comparative over two of them,
conclude that those methodologies have not reached a sufficient
maturity level to be used by the software industry. The
framework has also proved its utility for the evaluation of any
kind of Multiagent Based Software Engineering Methodology

2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.
