for everyone in the group. There is
accountability to both the group and the
individual.
The GROUP has a goal to meet
The INDIVIDUAL is having their
performance assessed or evaluated.
6. It is VERY important to teach
appropriate skills BEFORE the
group is expected to work
together.
Don’t ASSUME anything.
