The Angel Gabriel told Mary that she would have a baby named Jesus, even though she was a virgin. Mary and her husband Joseph had to travel to Bethlehem, where Jesus was born in a stable since all the inns were full. Shepherds and three wise men visited the baby Jesus, bringing gifts. King Herod wanted to kill the newborn king and sent guards to search for him.

1. THE CHRISTMAS STORY

2. Once upon a time there was an Angel named Gabriel. He had good news for a
villager named Mary. The Angel Gabriel said, “You will have a baby and you
will name him Jesus.”

3. The Angel also said “The only way to have a baby is to travel to
a land called Bethlehem. When you get there you will have to
find shelter. It will be a stable. You will have some visitors who
are 3 kings, 2 shepherds, and 12 sheep. Kings gave gold,
frankincense, and myrrh!

4. “The shepherds will bow to the king of kings and say great things in peace.”
“There will also be villagers. But first you will have to find a young man
named Joseph. Before that I will talk to him and also you will have an enemy
trying to kill your son. He will be a king. King Herod will have guardsmen
with weapons.”

5. There will be a star. The Eastern Star will be a guide for all people, forest
animals, and wise men. The night of his birth the cattle were lowing the baby
woke up but no noise no tears. He became a Lord, a God, and could never die
or fail what he does. He lives in a kingdom of hope and that is guarded with
warriors called angels and will never end.
