Nabila Khashoggi owns a natural home and bath products company and writes a children's graphic novel series. She is interested in organic foods and alternative medicines. To determine if foods are organic, check for the USDA organic label, which certifies that high standards were met in growing, handling, and processing. Single ingredient foods and multi-ingredient foods made entirely of organic materials can be labeled USDA organic or 100% organic. Foods consisting of 95% organic materials can be labeled simply as organic, while those at 70% organic can claim to contain organic ingredients. Foods with less than 70% organic materials cannot use the term organic.
Nabila Khashoggi has founded various companies and organizations promoting healthy lifestyles and organic food. Organic food has important individual and environmental health benefits as crops are free from harmful chemicals and require soil care practices that prevent diseases naturally. Organic foods are more nutritious as they contain higher levels of vitamins and minerals while having lower mercury and chemicals, and exclude genetically-modified organisms which may cause more allergic reactions.
Entrepreneur, Nabila Khashoggi, activities include, writing a serialized graphic novel for children, running her own lifestyle company and fundraising for charity. With an interest in alternative medicine, Nabila Khashoggi is currently developing her own naturally-derived skincare line.
The document discusses three popular forms of alternative medicine - aromatherapy, acupuncture, and physical exercise like tai chi and yoga. Aromatherapy uses essential oils to encourage relaxation or stimulation. Acupuncture relieves stress and promotes well-being by clearing blocked energy pathways. Physical exercises have benefits like improved flexibility and reduced stress through precise movements and controlled breathing.
Nabila Khashoggi argues that eating organic food has several health benefits. Organic fruits and vegetables have higher mineral contents than nonorganic produce, providing more nutrients. Organic produce also does not contain added pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic chemicals. Organic meat is free of artificial hormones that could be harmful. Overall, organic food is higher in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids that benefit heart health and cholesterol levels.

Combined Illegal, Unregulated and Unreported (IUU) Vessel List.Christina Parmionova
The best available, up-to-date information on all fishing and related vessels that appear on the illegal, unregulated, and unreported (IUU) fishing vessel lists published by Regional Fisheries Management Organisations (RFMOs) and related organisations. The aim of the site is to improve the effectiveness of the original IUU lists as a tool for a wide variety of stakeholders to better understand and combat illegal fishing and broader fisheries crime.
To date, the following regional organisations maintain or share lists of vessels that have been found to carry out or support IUU fishing within their own or adjacent convention areas and/or species of competence:
Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR)
Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna (CCSBT)
General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean (GFCM)
Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission (IATTC)
International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT)
Indian Ocean Tuna Commission (IOTC)
Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organisation (NAFO)
North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission (NEAFC)
North Pacific Fisheries Commission (NPFC)
South East Atlantic Fisheries Organisation (SEAFO)
South Pacific Regional Fisheries Management Organisation (SPRFMO)
Southern Indian Ocean Fisheries Agreement (SIOFA)
Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission (WCPFC)
The Combined IUU Fishing Vessel List merges all these sources into one list that provides a single reference point to identify whether a vessel is currently IUU listed. Vessels that have been IUU listed in the past and subsequently delisted (for example because of a change in ownership, or because the vessel is no longer in service) are also retained on the site, so that the site contains a full historic record of IUU listed fishing vessels.
Unlike the IUU lists published on individual RFMO websites, which may update vessel details infrequently or not at all, the Combined IUU Fishing Vessel List is kept up to date with the best available information regarding changes to vessel identity, flag state, ownership, location, and operations.
