35 KPI’s that measured
social media ‘engagement’.
In 2012 Marketing produced a report
that said that ‘brand engagement’ was the
phrase that most annoyed marketeers.
Surely ‘brand engagement’
is very straightforward?
Brand engagement through events,
communications and happenings
Brand engagement of the product
and its value
Brand engagement at all points in
the customer journey
Brand engagement is the perfect
vehicle for bullshit.
