• Continuing collaboration with ITU – jointly funded

• Singapore IDA-sponsored ASEAN survey and workshop on
IPv6 deployment for Government Networks
• World Bank training in Myanmar

• Continuing collaboration with Japan International
Cooperation Agency (JICA) – jointly funded
– JICA’s ‘Capacity Building for Information Security’ project since 2014
to provide practical training for information security staff in ASEAN
region.
– APNIC joined in 2015 providing technical training. Expanded in 2016
to JICA USD20,000 grant for on-line course development
• Cybersecurity Grant to Tonga CERT (in collaboration with
ISOC)

• Global Connect – US government and development banks
• Asia Information Superhighway – UN ESCAP
• China Internet Development Foundation (USD35 million
grant for cybersecurity)
• JICA IPv6 network project in Myanmar; World Bank projects
in Cambodia, Mongolia, Bangladesh and the Pacific; and
the ADB (almost) everywhere

• Part of a USD31.5 million grant toward a
Telecommunications Sector Reform Project to improve the
enabling environment for the telecommunications sector
