30. Weather, climate and tourism are interconnected in diverse ways. The climate of Greece is Mediterranean
with summers that are usually hot and dry, and the winters that can be quiet cold and wet. The upper part
of Greece can be very cold during the winter and snow is not uncommon. However, for the south of Greece

39. According to custom, the eve of St. John , the unmarried girls
gather in one of the houses of the village and one of them goes to the
well to bring the ' silent water ' and the path to the house should not
talk to anyone .
In home water enters a clay pot , in which each girl throws a staff
of object , called Rizikaris and then cover it with the container red
cloth and tie while praying in St. John and place the container in an
open space , where stays overnight . That same night said that girls
will see into their dreams their future spouse .
