to look at more now?
Tizola’s main aim is to create an employment and also to create
entrepreneurs who want to be in to the business. In the last
two months some of the investors from USA,DUBAI,FRANCE
approached us for purchasing the Tizola. But as we mentioned
earlier that our aim is to create employment and to encourage the
entrepreneurs we have designed this application as a franchise
model and introduced into the food delivery industry.
In the busy world with the growing competition and the consumer
demands,Fooddeliveryserviceproviderskeeponadoptingunique
innovations to overcome the present market requirements.Firstly
we are concentrating on the tier 2 cities and towns. As we know
that the small towns are also having many restaurants which are
making good business, soon we move on to the tier 1 cities.
In recent years, the number of working women has been increased
in the Indian workforce, As a result, the number of double-
income families also grown up. With both the partners
working and maintaining hectic working schedules, it
becomes difficult for people to get time and energy to
cook at home. Moreover, the dual-income scenario has
increased the overall spending capacity of the families.

TIZOLA VOS ...vendor ordering system can be used

is used in their restaurants like sauces, chilli powder,
packed processed material etc...
In India, Most of the fast-food demand comes from
the age group 18-40 years. What’s more, by the year
2025 the Indian middle-class demographic is
expected to touch 550 million. Tizola promises
to create employment opportunity for the
unemployed also.
In Earlier days, Fast food items are available
only in metropolitan cities. But as of now,
there was huge demand by the old and young
generation being attracted towards ordering food
from the restaurants even in small villages, rural
towns & cities. With more people using smartphones,
an increase in literacy and access to the Internet, the
fortunes waiting to be reaped from the business of
home delivery was just a click away.

App. Its legal Entity is Limited Liability Partnership

From the customer point of veiw,the app is built in
such a way that it is User friendly to all the age groups.
Now from the restaurant point of veiw, we see that
some of the food delivery services are paying the funds
to the restaurants on a weekly basis or they may take
around 10 days to pay back the funds for the orders
delivered from the restaurants.But here the Tizola is
paying the amount to the restaurants in few hours
after the food has been delivered.The commision rates
are also low at Tizola. Some of the delivery service
providers are charging extra money from the customer
by charging more for the same food which costs less
at the restaurant and giving them in the form of offers.
But here in TIZOLA we are delivering the food at the
same cost that the restaurant charge( according to
their menu cards). We are also providing the offers on
the food that is ordered by you. We are waving off the
delivery fee according to the amount of the order.
On account of the rising cases of COVID-19, some
of the key players operating in the industry are
introducing contactless delivery services, which
ensure that the food reaches the customer safely with
adequate social distancing measures. We are also
taking the safety measures and some of the features of
the Application are stated below;
•	 Live tracking is an essential element of a food
delivery app. While a person waits for his food,
he might be kept on checking on the status of his
order.
•	Payment option We offer a wide variety of
payment options that ensure a secure and smooth
transaction, which contributes to their widespread
popularity. Nowadays most people going digital,
the mode of payments through credit and debit
cards have been the most used option. Also, digital
wallets should be linked with the tizola.
•	 Push notifications will notify the customer with
the offers on the food and if anything was newly
introduced into the application and the updates of
the application and the orders.
•	 Address book is provided for adding the address of
different locations like home, office and others etc.
What are your views on today’s industry
scenario? What is your strategy to reach
new industries and new customers?
Social media has turned out to be one of the strongest
tools in the business development strategy. Mobilizing
and publicizing one's product or service most quickly
is made possible by social media tools. Numerous
social media platforms allow the sellers to reach their
potential customers in particular and the crowd in
general. Being true and transparent about one's service
and product also has equal importance in maintaining
a loyal client base. Putting up some information on
the website and not providing services following that
would impact the customer base drastically.
Learning never has an end we committing ourselves
to regular learning and diversified learning is going to
build prospects for new business ideas. No matter how
much a person has gained and achieved, but there will
always be more and more to explore for success.
It easier for the customers to give feedback and the
ratings can be checked before ordering food from one
place. These apps are easy to use by accessing your
location and showing the restaurants that are close
to your location, and they also show the restaurant
opening time, delivery items list with price and
quantity details.
What/Who Inspires TIZOLA FOOD
DELIVERY to come up with an idea to
start a food delivery app?
Before Starting the TIZOLA I has worked in print
media as a journalist, And also at one cooperative bank
as a manager. At that time I inspired by RAMOJI RAO,
HE IS THE CHAIRMEN OF RAMOJI GROUP. He is
facing many troubles from politics and others. But His
All companies are top in their respective industries.
In This organization, my superior employees are
always supporting me, and Bank Chairmen Sri
RAMADASAPPA Naidu is also a Good Teacher for
me. He built more confidence in bank employees.
Before starting cooperating society he is facing many
struggles. At that time I am with chairmen sir. And
learnt a lot of knowledge from him.
I had faced lot of problems and struggles after I started
the working on tizola. At that time One of my friend
was very supportive me. Name as Chandamama. She
encouraged me very well and always supported
me. She was a good guide and Good motivator.
When I was in fights She was coming before my
tears. Tizola is a bit better now because of her
only. She was like my second mother. And always
a good teacher. I will never forget her. If I thought
Tizola is a sky, CHANDAMAMA is a moonlight.
After launching Tizola also facing many problems
in financial, marketing, but few members of my
family and friends helped me to survive that
situation. Suresh Vadladumdi, Sirikonda Venu,
Dondapati Tejasri, Shaik Bhagdad, Srinivas
Balusu, Cherukuri Sai Krishna, Chattu Raviteja
helped me allot. I am always thankful to them.

We proved a big success with in small towns and we
had a good response. In future, we want to expand the
Tizola to all the major and minor cities all over the

taste different varieties of food, but everyone cannot
go out for a dine in at the restaurant,Here the Tizola
is ready to deliver the food on the customer demand
from the respective restaurant at their leisure time.

SURESH BALUSU is the founder and CEO of tizola.
He has developed tizola to connect Restaurant's
ownerswiththeircustomers.Hespent8+yearsinprint
media, banking, NGO and decided to start his own
Food Tech Start-up. He is young & enthusiastic and
always looks for innovative ways to increase customers
and business. he has also started the company named
AMENITY FOODS in 2018, after living and working
for a restaurant for 2 years He has in-depth knowledge
of how to maximize business through direct, online
and reduce the waste in the restaurant.
Today we can see businesses struggling hard to
stay afloat in the market of changing demands and
requirements. Frequent changes in the business
environmentandincreasing,explorationoftechnology
has upshot the need to improve strategy and approach
towards success. Ahead are a few business strategies
widely used to surpass the hurdles in the changing

India.
2.	TEJAS: Tejas is the innovation in the stitching sector.
It is a pure woman based online app. We will add the
technology into blouse stitching, And Dress Stitching.
It is very useful for women who are already worked
in the embroidery, and stitching field. And also useful
for those who want to enter into the Fashion sector.
We also started the social service
organization Named CHANDAMAMA
FOUNDATION
From this foundation, we will open food donation
centres in tizola operated cities. This centre having
a Refrigerator. When restaurants and peoples are
having an excess of food, those are requesting to put
the excess food in a refrigerator located in the food
donation centre. It will be used for hunger peoples. In
our country, every few second one child dies because
of hunger. We also conduct don’t waste food awareness
programmes.
In this Crucial Pandemic situation, we distribute
free food & Medicine for corona Affected peoples.
Distributed 3000+ meals to covid affected poor
peoples along with medicine directly to their homes.
And also provided Oxigen concentrators and oxygen
cylinders to poor peoples to their doorstep. For We
provided free meals To patients who are suffering
From covid and also unable to cook their food. And
the food is directly delivered to patients doorstep by
our volunteers.
