11. Brief History
 As a brokerage person started in 1984, since 1997 the
group started Job Work Mfg. and Indentor in
Speciality Chemicals, Solvents and Drug
Intermediates primarily with the aim to expand and
compliment the business offered by different
competitors in the market. SACHIN CHEMICALS was
incorporated to offer its service in a more professional
and competitive way. The humble beginning and
continued growth and achievement the Group’s
turnover increased well over a period of time.

 The Company has no outstanding tax dues as on today.
 Pending Litigation
 There is no pending litigation either against
Proprietor.

 As the business mix moves towards a more Client-
