TGS has acquired 6,176 square kilometers of 3D seismic data in the underexplored Harper Basin offshore Liberia. The initial PSTM data quality is excellent and final PSTM and PSDM processing in late Q2 2014 is expected to further improve imaging for analysis of amplitude variation with offset and attributes. The Sunfish survey covers open blocks LB-2, 3, 4, 5, 29, and 30 that will be available for licensing ahead of an anticipated bid round.

Explore one of the few remaining undrilled deepwater basins in West Africa.
TGS has acquired 6,176 km² of highly prospective acreage in the Harper
Basin, offshore Liberia. Although the data quality from the initial PSTM
is excellent, it is anticipated that final 3D PSTM and PSDM (available
late Q2 2014) will further improve imaging and provide a data set that is
optimized for AVO and detailed attribute analysis.
The Sunfish survey sits across an area of open acreage (LB-2, 3, 4, 5,
29 and 30), which will be available to license in preparation for the
anticipated bid round.
