• Outside of London, we suffer from the most extensive exceedances of the
EU annual Limit Value for NO2
• 86,036 people need upskilling to close the skills gap and 11.4% of the
population have no qualifications (8% nationally)
• BAME employment rates 15% lower than for white groups
