The Texas STaR Chart is a tool used by North Pointe Elementary to plan for and assess technology readiness based on the state's long-range technology plan. It evaluates the school's progress in four stages across five categories: Teaching and Learning, Educator Preparation and Development, Leadership/Administration/Instructional Support, and Infrastructure for Technology. North Pointe's current ratings show Developing Tech in Educator Prep/Development and Advanced Tech in the other four categories, with the goal of reaching Target Tech in all areas.
