A two-day testing challenge was held for development teams to test software. Teams of two members each selected user stories to test that they did not develop themselves. They presented the stories they chose on day one and the findings from testing on day two. Over the two days, teams found and fixed 44 defects through functional and regression testing, with more than 20 defects fixed before day two began. The goal was for teams to find and fix the most defects over the two days of testing.

Rules
• 2 per team max. Team members are
liberty to select their partner.
• Select the user stories from product
backlog.
• Team cannot select the user story/Epic
which they developed.
• Morning 11 o clock assemble at meeting
room and present your user stories/tasks.
• Evening 6 o clock present the findings.
• Please do not excuse saying that we have
to work on other priority items.
Day 1 & 2
• Teams identifying maximum defects – Day 1
• Teams fixing maximum defects – Day 2
• 44 defects found & fixed in 2 days
• Performed functional and regression testing
• Fixed more than 20 defects before Day 2
