2. Tersi Technologies has a field-validated environmental
remediation process, with its chief objective being to provide
an environmentally-friendly, cost-effective approach to
hydrocarbon remediation across many platforms.
“Bio-remediation," as a solutions CLAIM, is not new, many
solutions involve introducing lab-engineered "super bugs" into
the environment, PUTTING ANOTHER ENGINEERED
SUBSTANCE INTO THE ENVIRONMENT, the future impact of
which is unknown. These remediation processes typically
require a minimum of 35 days.

3. Tersi Technologies product, HCS-200, does not add to the
environment; it activates the surrounding bacteria that naturally
exists in nature, causing that bacteria to view hydrocarbons as
its food source. Immediately upon contact, HCS-200 rends the
contaminated water and/or soil into water and/or soil, plus a
harmless, inert residue that becomes nature's filler.

4. Tersi Technologies [base] product, widely used for soil remediation, is capable of
breaking down hydrocarbon masses into microscopic spheres or droplets upon
contact by spraying or mixing. These droplets become a dense and tightly
suspended inert solution and remains stable in the rinse and treated media. When
the treated media is harmless, it can simply be dumped or spread as filler. This
eliminates the highly regulated and extremely costly disposal processes.
HCS-200 achieves better abatement results in just 24 hours or less.
