ADVOCATE-WOUNDED WARRIOR PROGRAM|SRI/AFSC/MAGELLAN | 01/2013 TO 10/2016
 Provided support, advocacy, transitional and resource services to qualifying severely wounded, injured and
ill service members and family. Attended care team meetings, supported Army Command, assisted with
VA care coordination, education and vocational training access. Served as primary point of contact for
eligibility submissionand case management post military separation. Tracked progress of veteran
population and ensured access to benefits and continued care management.
ADVOCATE | SRI | 03/2012 TO 01-2013
 Provided face to face counseling, resource referral, followup contact /case management, criminal case
monitoring and coordination of wraparound services for DV/SA survivors. Responded as on-call advocate
for domestic violence and sexual assault survivors when police response was required. Offered
emergency transportation, safety planning and crisis intervention as well as personal and legal advocacy
for ongoing safety concerns.
POLICE RESPONSE ADVOCATE COORDINATOR |THE CRISIS CENTER | 11/2005 TO 09-2011
 Coordinated 24 hour on call crisis response and emergency services to domestic violence and sexual
assault victims for 5 counties. Conducted follow up contacts and provided victim advocacy services to
survivors. Served as liaison between The Crisis Center and law enforcement to maintain victim safety.
Provided community outreach and collaborated with agencies to ensure wraparound services.
