To whom it may concern;
Teresa Matthews has worked under my supervision as a contractor for the past six months and has far
exceeded my expectations as contract labor. Under pressure of a major project deadline, Teresa was a part of a
team that completed the imaging, software management and install, and upgrade of over 20,000 computers,
laptops, and tablets from Windows XP to Windows 7.
During the project Teresa took initiative to ensure the product she and the team turned out was quality
checked and done properly to eliminate issues in the field. She also worked with her team to troubleshoot and
pinpoint issues with automated imaging of a large quantity of devices using RIS, PXE, SCCM, and MBAM
encryption.
Near the completion of the project Teresa was tasked with refurbishing hundreds of PCs to be re-
implemented in the field and she showed she also had knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and repair and
exceeded expectations again.
Teresa would make a very valuable asset to any team and shows she will take the initiative to tackle any
task to ensure a project is successful. She has been a pleasure to work with and was someone I know I could
depend on.
