• Breathe2Relax (is the best breathing app IMO). Change the inhale and exhale times to maybe 4 sec inhale
and 6.5 sec exhale. Breath in through the nose, out through the mouth. “Smell the roses, blow out the
candles.”
• Remente - mindfulness and journal – use the journal and log your daily emotions (has a list of emotions)

• Counting Ducks (lots of fun and can get very challenging)
