Temperature is a measurement of hotness and coldness, and can be measured using tools like a thermometer or hygrometer. The human body generates heat and a healthy temperature is 37°C, while fever is 38°C or higher and frostbite occurs below 0°C. Different environments and objects have varying temperatures, from very hot places like volcanoes that can reach over 1000°C to very cold places like Mount Everest between -19°C to -60°C.
