LaSoft Students Program
Since the beginning of the company, we have invited students to participate
in our educational programs and internship programs. About 15 students
graduate each year, and 65% of them become LaSoft employees.
The program includes:
theoretical part: students get acquainted with the company and study
theoretical materials
the practical part: the students are combined into teams of 2 front-end
developers, 2 back-end developers and 1 QA. They work on a project with a
specification and design accompanied by a project manager (PM) and mentors.

Our goal
Our goal is to train , which is 50%
of the size of our company.
at least 50 software engineers annually
To achieve this goal, we plan to work with IT-schools, share responsibilities
and support each other in this process. We are ready to involve our Project
managers, technical mentors and product designers, as well as pay students
scholarships of $ 200/month.
